The convenient location near downtown and the River Walk allowed us to easily explore the city's attractions. the welcoming staff ensured our comfort, even accommodating a minor AC issue promptly. the ample towels and pillows were a nice touch, and the balcony added a charming element to the room. the gated hotel provided a sense of security, and the absence of a large deposit requirement was a pleasant surprise.
